Tiltable metal-type gravity casting machine is a kind of non-ferrous metal casting equipment with advanced structure and high efficiency. The machine adopts a speed-adjustable tilting mechanism to complete casting in the process of variable-speed tilting, which is conducive to the exhausting of the molds and filling of the metal liquid in the casting process and improves the intrinsic quality of the castings and the casting yield rate. The J3412 tilting-type gravity casting machine is equipped with a servo motor for optimal performance. The frame is designed to rotate smoothly with a transmission mechanism capable of reaching 120 degrees, with variable speed control. The machine is therefore capable of completing the pouring process with varying speed settings. The machine adopts a hydraulic drive with a loose core, mold assembling, closing, and opening mechanism. This ensures a smooth and reliable operation. This machine is ideal for batch production of complex Al-alloy castings.
