Product Description

J452 type 200Kg aluminum alloy low-pressure casting machine is a general-purpose equipment for aluminum alloy low-pressure casting, which can be widely used in the production of small and medium-sized aluminum alloy complex castings for automobile, motorcycle, electric power fixture, instrument, textile machinery and aerospace industry. The equipment has simple structure, reliable action, high degree of automation and good process adaptability. The price of this model of low pressure casting machine is suitable and has high cost performance.

The machine is mainly composed of main machine, hydraulic system, melt pool type holding furnace, liquid surface pressurization device, electrical control system and mold cooling system.

Performance characteristics

The closing mechanism is guided by four columns and equipped with two sets of static mold extraction mechanisms for left and right molds (optional for four sets of extraction mechanisms);

The casting ejecting is in reverse top mode;

The heat preservation furnace is fixed, and the static mold plate of the molding mechanism is rigidly connected with the heat preservation furnace, which effectively shortens the length of the metal liquid transportation channel;

Configuration of multiple cooling circuits for moulds, with optional cooling medium, automatic control of cooling in time mode and modifiable cooling parameters;

Melting pool type holding furnace with radiation heating. Control adopts PID+SCR, rated temperature range: 680-750ºC, temperature control accuracy: ±5ºC;

The electrical control system consists of two parts: PLC control device and human-machine interface. The control system completes the main machine action control, liquid level pressurization control and mold cooling control of the low-pressure casting machine. It can realize fully automatic control of the low-pressure casting machine, and the pressurization process parameters of the low-pressure casting machine can be set, modified and displayed;

The liquid level pressurization device adopts imported pneumatic proportional valve + high-precision pressure sensor to realize the detection and real-time closed-loop feedback control of the pressure in the holding furnace, with PID adjustment mode. It has the functions of multi-stage linear pressurization, automatic tracking setting pressurization curve, insulation furnace leakage compensation, liquid level compensation, etc. High accuracy of pressure control and good repeatability ensure stable consistency of low-pressure pouring process and effectively improve casting yield.
