J31 series metal-type gravity casting machine is mainly used in the production of aluminum alloy castings such as automobile cylinder heads. This series of metal-type gravity casting machine adopts a large number of world-famous brand products in hydraulics and electrics, which effectively ensures the reliability of the equipment.
Performance characteristics
1The main machine consists of left and right mold closing mechanism, lower ejector mechanism, upper overturning pressing mechanism (optional), bed and base.
All hydraulic pumps and valves are imported famous brand products;
2Hydraulic pump adopts variable piston pump to ensure constant pressure in the system and automatic adjustment of flow rate to save energy;
3All oil cylinders adopt imported products, and the oil cylinder near the mold adopts high temperature resistant seals;
4The upper turning and pressing mechanism adopts fast and slow turning control, which improves the working efficiency and reduces the impact.
5The machine can be equipped with multiple cooling channels for air and water cooling of the molds to achieve automatic cooling control in time control mode. The flow rate of each cooling channel can be adjusted manually. The setting of cooling parameters and the selection of working cooling channels can be done in the man-machine interface.
The electrical control system adopts imported PLC as the core of electrical control to achieve manual and automatic control of the machine. Adopting imported touch-type man-machine interface as the monitoring and displaying unit, it can intuitively and clearly display the working status of the machine, fault alarm information during operation, and conveniently carry out setting and modification of various parameters.
