Product Description

J3412 tilting gravity casting machine is driven by servo motor, through the transmission mechanism to make the frame rotate smoothly and variably within the range of 120 degrees, to realize the variable speed tilting pouring of metal liquid. The opening/closing and core extracting mechanism is driven by hydraulic pressure, which is smooth and reliable. The machine is suitable for mass production of complex aluminum alloy castings.

Machine Features

The opening and closing mechanism consists of moving and static templates and guide bars. The closing mechanism is driven by servo motor to carry out rotary movement with tilting range of -30°~90°; and equipped with tilting safety mechanism to ensure the safe operation of the machine;

Configuration of left and right core extraction mechanism, fixed in the left and right cantilever support;

The upper and lower ejector mechanism is used to eject the castings;

Mold locking mechanism, used to lock the upper and lower mold halves respectively;

Safety locking mechanism: it is used to lock the moving template when it rises to the uppermost position to ensure the personal safety of the operator;

Configuration of mold water and air cooling system, which can be automatically controlled by time mode cooling. The water cooling of the mold is equipped with independent non-circulating water cooling pump station, the water level can be controlled automatically, and the water cooling control has both automatic and manual modes;

The electrical control system consists of PLC and touch screen to complete the control of machine movement and tilting speed. This system has fault diagnosis alarm, interlock stop, man-machine dialogue, input or adjust and display process parameters. And can set different tilting angle and tilting speed.
