The J3412 tilting-type gravity casting machine is equipped with a servo motor for optimal performance. The frame is designed to rotate smoothly with a transmission mechanism capable of reaching 120 degrees, with variable speed control. The machine is therefore capable of completing the pouring process with varying speed settings. The machine adopts a hydraulic drive with a loose core, mold assembling, closing, and opening mechanism. This ensures a smooth and reliable operation. This machine is ideal for batch production of complex Al-alloy castings.
